  • Proper Use: Players are responsible for the proper use and maintenance of team equipment and facilities.
  • Respect for Property: Any damage or misuse of equipment and facilities may result in financial responsibility or disciplinary measures.

Disciplinary Actions

  • Procedures: Disciplinary actions will be enforced when policies are violated. Depending on the severity of the infraction, consequences may range from verbal warnings to suspension or dismissal from the program.
  • Appeals Process: Individuals wishing to contest a disciplinary decision may submit a formal appeal in writing within 10 business days of the incident.

Media and Communications

  • Representation: All team members must represent the Norsemen positively in every form of communication, including social media.
  • Official Media Inquiries: Media requests should be directed to our communications officer. Unauthorized interviews or statements are not permitted.

  • Confidentiality: Personal information collected from players, families, and staff is strictly protected and used solely for program-related purposes.
